This is a full-time, onsite position at CodesFix in Bahawalpur. The HR Executive will support the complete employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
The role includes creating and publishing job openings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate and employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding, monitoring attendance and leaves, preparing HR documentation, and supporting management with employee-related matters.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a software house, IT company, digital agency, or other fast-paced professional environment. Strong communication, confidentiality, organization, and people-management skills are essential.
