Senior GoHighLevel (GHL) & AI Automation Specialist

Primary Responsibility

Architect and build advanced GoHighLevel CRM and automation systems
Audit, troubleshoot, optimize, and rebuild existing GHL implementations
Develop complex workflows with conditional logic, branching, lead routing, and nurturing
Configure pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, custom fields, snapshots, and sub-accounts
Build API, webhook, and third-party integrations
Integrate GHL with n8n, Make, Zapier, Twilio, external CRMs, databases, and payment platforms
Build and integrate AI Voice Agents and AI-powered automation
Diagnose duplicate triggers, workflow failures, attribution issues, and integration problems
Improve underperforming systems and deliver measurable business results
Document and maintain scalable automation architecture

Job Specification

This is a full-time, onsite position at CodesFix in Bahawalpur. The ideal candidate should have 2–3+ years of strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience and be able to demonstrate real projects, complex integrations, system rebuilds, and before/after results. Strong experience with APIs, Webhooks, n8n, Make, Zapier, Twilio, OpenAI, Vapi, Retell AI, external CRMs, databases, payment systems, and AI Voice Agents will be highly valued. Experience with healthcare, real estate, home services, legal, finance, SaaS, agencies, or other automation-heavy industries is a plus. Portfolio and case studies are mandatory.

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
